Kitchen Experiments: Stuffed Mushrooms
I decided to share some of the recipes I make with my sister in my kitchen. Sometimes I make my own recipes like frozen yogurt for my dad. I mostly cook with my sister F especially when we make Friday night family dinners.
The first recipe I am sharing with you is cheese-stuffed mushrooms.
The ingredients that you will need for this recipe are:
- 12-16 Portobello mushrooms
- 2 Tablespoons Ricotta Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Goat Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon White Cheese (we used German cheese)
- Parsley, chopped into very small bits
Step 1: The first step is to remove the stems from the mushroom. You can break them with your hand. Then wash and dry the mushrooms with paper towels very carefully so they do not break so you can stuff them.
Step 2: The second step is to take the ricotta cheese and put it in the bowl . Then add some goat cheese and the white cheese. Now we start mixing the 3 different cheeses together until they are all thick.
Step 3: Add some chopped parsley to the cheese mixture.
Step 4: Afterwards take the cheese roll it into a ball and then push it into the mushrooms. Be careful not to put too much cheese so it won’t overflow.
Step 5: Put the mushrooms in a pan and put it in the oven. Bake the mushrooms in the oven for 15 – 20 minutes.
Then you can take your mushrooms out of the pan and put them on a nice plate and serve them at your family dinner or your party.
I hope you will try this recipe and leave me a comment!
Love the way your writing has progressed, can’t wait to try the stuffed mushrooms when I get home!
